If you are experiencing failed prints, please add your .STL or .OBJ file and photos of the failed print as attachments. If your .STL or .OBJ file is too large to attach here, please include a link to the file on WeTransfer, DropBox, or Google Drive. The more detail you provide in your support ticket, the faster we will be able to help you find a solution.
