We have fine tuned and calibrated our resin to give outstanding results and enable parts to be fabricated with real 100-micron resolution. Once third-party resins are involved, we won’t have control over the properties and process, so the outcome could be compromised. For this reason, the MoonRay doesn’t support third-party resins. We’ve done our best to offer high-quality resins at a competitive price, so you won’t feel the need to use third-party resins.
SLA 3D printers use a laser beam to cure the resin. The XY resolution of printed parts is dependent on the diameter of the laser beam. The MoonRay does not have this limitation and can print at 100-micron XY resolution, three times better than other SLA printers on the market today. The other difference is the speed of fabrication. The print speed depends on the complexity of the parts in SLA 3D printers. With MoonRay, a part’s complexity does not affect the printing speed because the UV projector cures a whole layer at once.
You may return any undamaged, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of the date of receipt subject to a restocking fee of 10%. If your item arrives damaged, submit a support ticket using the category “I have a problem with my order.”
Beyond 30 days, SprintRay’s products are covered by our comprehensive warranty, but are no longer eligible for returns.
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by SprinRay prior to shipping. To initiate the return process, please contact customer service.
After we receive your item(s), it will be inspected to ensure all parts and accessories are included and undamaged. Once approved by our QA department your refund will begin. Please note, depending on your payment method, this may take up to 30 days to appear.
MoonRay comes with a one-year warranty. The one exception is the resin drum, which is not under warranty but will be replaced if it arrives damaged. All other parts of the machine are covered by a one-year warranty (which does not include cosmetic damage). Download the full warranty here.
We’re sorry you’re having trouble with your MoonRay! You should first submit a support ticket describing the problem, ideally with photos. Our technicians will make sure the problem cannot be fixed on your end, then give you instructions on shipping the machine back to us if it needs to be fully replaced.
At this time, we do not have a set timeline expanding international shipping. You can sign up for our email list to be notified as we begin shipping to more locations.
Feel free to email us with your questions at email@example.com. You’re also welcome post general MoonRay questions on our SprintRay Forum.
